USA Rugby High Performance is excited to take another step forward with an 8-stop talent identification tour led by National Team Head Coaches, Emilie Bydwell and Sione Fukofuka. Spanning four months across all regions of the United States, the National Team programs will look to expand reach, and most importantly access, for up-and-coming player talent in the rugby community.
This initiative is a continuation of the Regional Talent Identification & Development camps run by the Women's Pathway over the last several years, building upon the foundation of leveraging strong local partners to provide opportunities for up-and-coming athletes to shine. These camps are also open to talent transfer athletes - individuals with no rugby experience but who have competed at an elite level in another sport and are interested in exploring rugby as a pathway to continue their athletic careers.

If you're already registered with USA Rugby for the 2024-25 season, skip to Step 2. If not yet registered with USA Rugby, follow the below.
- Go to https://auth.rugbyxplorer.com.au/register
- Enter your details and agree to the Terms & Conditions to register
- Make sure "USA Rugby" is selected for Rugby National
- Please select your profile and click continue. You will be redirected to the Rugby Xplorer profile homepage
- Login to your Member Profile
- Click on "Register" in the upper left hand corner
- Under Rugby Events click "Find a Team" and select your profile
- Type "Women's Talent ID" into the search bar, select the city and age group (U18 or 18+) you would like to register you or your teenager for.
- All registrants must be 15 years or older.
- Choose the registration option "Player"
- Review your Registration Summary
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions
Registration is free for current USA Rugby Members, if you do not currently hold an active registration, you will be prompted to pay $15.59 for a temporary registration.
