Completing the 45-day transitional period post nomination, Mike Mckenna was officially seated to the USA Rugby Board of Directors following a majority vote from USA Rugby Congress. Through ratification, McKenna will formally fill a vacated board seat termed through 2022 with a possible four-year term to follow.
McKenna resides in Weybridge, Vermont as the Founder and Managing Partner of James Farm Creative, LLC. Prior to his current role, McKenna was CEO and Chief Creative Officer with the corporate advertising agency, Marsteller, part of the global PR firm Burson Marsteller. With extensive experience in creative and brand marketing, McKenna's inclusion with USA Rugby leadership will prove highly influential as the sport looks to grow its visibility in the American sporting landscape.
With the ratification, McKenna becomes the 9th formal member of a fully seated Board of Directors.
