Current Scholars

  • Emily Hsieh
  • Kahlil Harrison

  • Gavin McCandless

The Morrison Fund was established in the name of one of USA Rugby's most accomplished referees and long-time administrators, Don Morrison. Through the scholarship, aspiring referees ages 18-25 have the opportunity to learn and train at an international level. Currently, the three 2014 recipients are completely immersed in their experiences. Emily Hsieh and Kahlil Harrison are in South Africa from March 17th through May 17th attending the Maties Camp in Stellenbosch. Gavin McCandless is in Christchurch, New Zealand where he is spending the entire season participating as a full time member of the Canterbury Referee Association and being fully immersed in the culture. Follow Emily, Kahlil, and Gavin's experiences through their blogs and check out the Don Morrison Referee Fund webpage!

The Don Morrison Referee Fund is made possible through financial contributions from donors like you. If you are interested in the work being done through the Don Morrison Referee Fund, please consider making a donation.
