The American Way Coaching Conference is a new national initiative from USA Rugby focused on elevating coaching standards and supporting the growth of the game across the United States. Through collaboration, education, and shared learning - the conference aims to strengthen the pathway from grassroots rugby to the highest levels of the sport.

The Conference will focus on delivering practical, game-relevant coaching education sessions, while also supporting the continued growth of rugby in schools and communities across the country.

This conference is grassroots rugby focused, and a premier opportunity to meet and learn from your coaching peers.
